Our plants are securely packed to prevent damage, Using extra materials to reinforce their box, ensuring they arrive intact.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You have 30 days to decide whether to return it for a full refund.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific dates, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Will my plant come in a pot?

Yes, all plants are shipped in their nursery pots, Soon we will be adding hand crafted ceramic pots as an option too.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re ordering in bulk, get in touch, and we’ll see what we can do.
We may even offer alternative shipping options that can further drive down costs.

My plant looks a little droopy - should I be worried?

Not at all! Some plants may look a bit tired after shipping. Give them a good drink and a day or two to adjust.

Do you ship outside the UK?
